For many artists, there comes a time when it becomes necessary to experiment with new paths and look for new sources of inspiration. This is what happened to the new Red Masquerade who, after years of symphonic, decided to cut it out, change course and reflect on where their music would go.
They were born in 2013 as a symphonic band with prog nuances.
After an album and many interesting live experiences (including the Milady Metalfest, the Wings of Bea, opening for Flashgod Apocalipse, etc.) they realized that the path they had been following since the beginning of their journey no longer met the new needs of the band, which in the meantime had a massive lineup change.
A period of reflection began that gave them new ideas and
allowed them to experiment, think and consequently start writing the new album with a totally renewed sound.
Red Masquerade start again with new sounds linked to the background of each member of the band but maintaining that progressive vein that remains a constant in their music, which this time is accompanied by a totally new, more modern sound that recalls sounds that are inspired by all that progressive current very linked to important rhythmic sessions and to an electronic sound that in recent years has made its way into the world of metal. The voice is more evil, ready to mark the desire for a radical change of direction by the whole band.
In the coming months the entry into the recording studio is expected with the release of the new single
