Run Chicken Run

The band was born in October 2014, the initial core was Michele Montesi on guitar and vocals, Leonardo Piccioni on guitar and Paolo Scarabotti on bass. In December 2015 we welcomed Mirko Santacroce on drums.
In early summer 2016 we entered the studio to record our first album “Open The Grill”. Having enough songs for a two h o u r s s h ow, we started playing live in our area. In 2016 we manage to line up a dozen live shows in Le Marche region. In 2017, with much effort we can find 12 more dates, mainly in the same area while we participate in some contests for emerging bands.
In 2018 we managed to get a contract with an agency in Rome. This have given us the opportunity to play as support for top level musicians. We supported Oliver / Dawson Saxon in Rome. In this year we published our second studio work “Don’t Forget The Wine” with Volcano Records Label. The drummer Mirko Santacroce decided to leave the band immediately after recording the album. Luck allowed us to find a new drummer in just two weeks, Simone Medori. From that moment on many interesting situations arose, we played as support for names like Prophilax, Nanowar Of Steel, Thomas Silver, Stef Burns, Pino Scotto, Diamond Head and Lacuna Coil.
At the beginning of 2020 Simone Medori decided to leave the band and the actual drummer, Mattia Bastari, joined us.
Our third album is ready to be introduced on market.
